I have a passion for the wonderment of childhood.
I received my Bachelor in Early Childhood Development with Differentiated Instruction, Specializing in Early Intervention in 2021. In May of 2023, I received my Master’s in Psychology, focusing on developmental psychology. In both programs I received numerous academic honors and was recognized by the school in several capacities. I am currently a PhD Candidate in Developmental Psychology, with a Concentration in Child and Adolescent Psychology.

I plan to become certified in The Mandt System.
I have nearly two decades of volunteer and professional experience with children of all ages. Seven of those years were working directly with children ages one to five. While working in this licensed academics-based preschool, I held every position from teaching to administration. I spent a year there building and developing an early intervention program for the school. This program’s goal was to identify early needs, coach teachers on accommodating those needs, and guide caregivers and families on how to start services before Kindergarten. The program was very successful and beneficial for all parties.
Currently I am an associate faculty member in early childhood development and psychology courses. I have spoken at multiple conferences and symposiums with invitations to speak at a handful of other events. I had the honor of sitting on a panel of experts answering questions in a video that was used in the updated early childhood curriculum at the university. I am also currently in the process of developing several different organizations to serve the local community. Stay tuned!
